Quantitative comparison of convolutional neural networks and neural activity

- Implement representational similarity analysis to compare the similarity of CNNs with the visual cortex.
- Fine-tune AlexNet with image and label data, perform principal component analysis on BOLD signals and calculate representation dissimilarity matrices separately for quantitative comparison.
